Our team
Merritt Home Works was proudly founded in 2024 by owner and General Contractor Benjamin Merritt, who had been providing quality construction services for over 8 years with Bash Construction LLC(NE Tacoma, WA) and Victory Construction and Remodel LLC(Coeur d'Alene, ID) before finally making the jump to operating under his own name.
As previous lead sider for both companies he has worked on multiple different residential home design styles, including contemporary and modern. Some of his most recent work includes homes designed by Ginno Construction and are located in Gozzer Golf Ranch & Country Club. Our specialities
The saying has always been "Find a job you enjoy doing, and you'll never have to work a day in your life."
That being said, we primarily specialize in residential exterior remodeling and new construction such as siding, decks and framing.
However, as a general contractor, we are more than willing and able to take on other types of jobs, such as flooring, concrete, drywall, interior finish work and more, just on a case by case basis
